THINKING OF YOU

Here is my card/postcard for this weeks BBTB challenge (I made it for a very special Cricut sister). You MUST visit the BBTB to see some amazing cards.

Materials:
WIMG (which I got over at Hallmark Scrapbook)
Paper is from K&Co
Vellum in pink
Misc: sewing, craft buttons and hemp

I also made the matching envelope from this cart. I ued 12 x 24 Provocraft paper and cut the envelope "FIT TO PAGE" - then EBUG then recalculated it to 5 1/2 and the card was cut at 5" - VERY NICE SIZE CARD.

I have been so busy this weekend trying to catch up with the teachers album. I did 3 double page layouts today.

I used lots of cricut carts, Sizzix dies and stickles which I got over at Hallmark Scrapbook.

My next big project will be 14 frames for my son's team mates - they are undefeated!!! I will also be making the 3 coaches frames as well. All of these frames will be personalized with their names and I will be using the NEW CRICUT SOLUTION BASEBALL CARTRIDGE which can also be found at Hallmark. They have all the new solution cartridges in stock and ready to ship.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Here is my take on the new BBTB challenge for this week. We had to make this bag using the TBB&M Cricut Cartridge.

Materials:
Paper: Provocraft
*Bag: TBB&M Cricut Cartridge
Rub Ons: *Basic Grey and Paperbilities
Scallop Oval: Sizzix die cut with chipboard and covered with black provocraft cardstock
Misc trim from Joanns

I made the handle by cutting a strip of pink cardstock and using the Martha Stewart Decorative punch on both sides. I then added a thin black strip of cardstock in the middle of both the outside and inside of the handle.

*I purchased these items over at Hallmark Scrapbook. They are going to be adding tons of new Sizzix dies to their investory so make sure you check them out. I love using the Sizzix dies because I can make all kinds of chipboard pieces for all my projects. Here is a tip......when cutting chipboard I first glue the cardstock to the piece of chipboard and then cut - that way I only have to cut once and it' ALWAYS perfect!!!

Sharon my dear friend......I want to THANK YOU SOOOOO much for that amazing technique with the embossing folder. I wanted to do my own decorations to the hats. My sis sent me two - a white one and a brown paper bag color one. The brown one I covered with green cardstock, added white dots with a pen and the ribbon, flowers, buttons, etc. The white one I wanted to emboss and I remembered the way you have embossed using the ink.
