This past Friday was the birthday of one of my sisters in law so we all got together at Gatsby's to celebrate. We all had such a wonderful time together!!!!! I really do think that we should make this a monthly gathering or at least once every other month. For me, times like these are PRICELESS!!!!!! Here are some pictures from that night.

THE WITCH IS IN

When we were assigned this BBTB project, I had NO idea what I was going to make. Since Halloween is approaching, I decided to make a witch costume. I really love the way it turned out.

The dress is from Dreams Come True and the witch hat and broom are from Paper Dolls - both of these cartridges, I purchased over at HALLMARK SCRAPBOOK where they are having an awesome sale on their carts. I also used the Spots and Dots Cuttlebug Embossing folder and the Martha Stewart Dripping Goo edge punch (for the tag and envelope)

HALLMARK LADYBUG BLOG (Project)

As a ladybug designer (and a proud one I must add) we have to do a special project every few weeks.

Since I am having so much fun with the new Sizzix dies, I decided to work with Sizzix for my new project.

I wanted to make some Take Out Boxes (#655420). ( This die is XL so you need the XL cutting mats in order to use them.) These are not just ordinary take out boxes, I made a few different styles......some have handles and some don't. All you have to do is use your imagination and anything is possible. The size of these boxes are approximately 3 1/2" wide x 2 1/2" tall. They are a perfect size for a small gift.

BUDDIES - BBTB challenge

Here is my take on this weeks BBTB challenge. We had to use the flower frame from the Pooh and Friends Cricut Cartridge. I also incorporated the new pig Sizzix die. Oh this little pig is just SOOOO cute!!!! I am getting hooked on all these amazing dies. Actually I purchased all the animals from HALLMARK SCRAPBOOK. The bookplate is also a Sizzix die that I purchased at Hallmark as well. Make sure to visit the BBTB for some really cute cards and projects.

LUCKY ME

Oh no, I am hooked on these cute Sizzix animals.......I just about got all of them LOL I only need the chicken with the eggs and that's my next one. I made this card for a special friend.
